Job summary

The California Conservation Corps (CCC) seeks a Management Services Technician at our Butte County center. You will manage supply orders, purchase orders, contracts, invoices, and purchasing records, while assisting with employee travel and reimbursements.

You’ll track budgets and vehicle expenses and ensure purchases follow state requirements. Your organization and attention to detail keep operations on track to support CCC’s mission.

Responsibilities

• Manage supply orders, purchase orders, contracts and invoices.
• Maintain purchasing records and ensure state procurement compliance.
• Assist with employee travel arrangements and reimbursements.
• Track budgets, vehicle expenses and payroll processing.
• Maintain personnel records and coordinate hiring, transfers and separations.
• Coordinate onboarding and staff training records.
• Prepare reports and handle phones, visitors and general admin support.
