The D. E. Shaw group seeks a skilled associate to join its Management Reporting team
within Financial Operations. The team is responsible for delivering high-impact analysis
and executive-ready insights to the firm's senior leadership, with a particular focus on
compensation and management company economics. This role provides broad
exposure to the firm and supports a range of core operational, reporting, and analytical
processes.
WHAT YOU'LL DO DAY-TO-DAY
- Execute recurring compensation, accounting, operational, and reporting activities to ensure continuity across core workflows, including reconciliation, data preparation, and related processes.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A bachelor's or advanced degree, a record of professional and academic achievement, and at least two years of experience in finance, accounting, operations, or a related field; experience supporting operational reporting, compensation-related processes, or accounting workflows is a plus.

- The expected annual base salary for this position is $120,000 to $160,000.
