You will deliver high-impact analysis and executive-ready insights on compensation and firm economics, with exposure to core operational, reporting, and analytical processes. Responsibilities include recurring compensation and reporting activities, data preparation and reconciliation, and contributing to senior leader advisory analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree with at least two years in finance, accounting, operations, or related field.
• Experience supporting operational reporting or compensation-related processes is a plus.
• Attention to detail, organizational ability, and reliability.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Execute recurring compensation, accounting, operational, and reporting activities across core workflows.
• Prepare data, reconciliation, and related processes to ensure continuity.
• Contribute to compensation modeling, variance analysis, and trend reporting for senior leadership.
• Support AI integration, process improvement, technology adoption, and automation.
