Job description

This position is located in the Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Financial Resources, headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. This announcement will close at 11:59 PM, on the day that 50 applications have been received or on the closing date, whichever is first.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Directing budget formulation and execution activities for a major organizational component by developing multi-million-dollar budget plans and justifications, monitoring expenditures, evaluating funding requirements, and recommending resource allocations.
  • Directing strategic planning and program evaluation activities by establishing program goals, monitoring organizational performance, evaluating program effectiveness, and recommending operational improvements.
  • Advising senior leadership on administrative management, financial operations, and organizational effectiveness by analyzing complex management issues, developing policy recommendations, preparing executive briefings and decision documents.
  • Managing administrative and workforce operations for a major organization by directing human capital activities, overseeing organizational and staffing plans.
  • Principal advisor for cross-functional initiatives, collaborating with senior leaders and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with federal laws, regulations, and agency policies Supervising managers, supervisors, and professional staff by establishing organizational priorities, and allocating resources.
