Job summary

Enterprise is offering a Management Internship in Tallahassee, FL. You’ll work as a paid intern from day one, learning how to run a successful business and gain leadership skills alongside first‑ and second‑year professionals.

Interns explore fleet management, customer care, and marketing strategies while completing projects and competing with peers. Eligible candidates are seniors in a bachelor’s program, authorized to work in the U.S., with at least 6 months in related roles and a valid

Qualifications

Must be 18 years old.
Senior in bachelor’s degree program with graduation no later than May 2027.
At least 6 months of sales, customer service, marketing or management experience.
Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in past 3 years.
No drug or alcohol conviction in past 5 years.
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
Able to work up to 25 hours per week, including a weekend rotation once a month.

Responsibilities

Join our Management Internship Program to gain hands‑on leadership experience.
Rotate through key business areas and learn to manage a fleet of vehicles and customer relationships.
Complete intern projects and compete with peers; may earn performance incentives and referrals.
