Job summary

Enterprise is offering a Management Internship designed for university students to gain real-world business and leadership experience. You’ll tackle challenges alongside our first and second year professionals, learning to manage a fleet, serve customers, and develop marketing strategies.

You’ll complete intern projects, engage in friendly competition with peers, and may qualify for performance incentives. The program emphasizes equal opportunity and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Must be a current Senior in your bachelor’s degree program scheduled for graduation no later than May 2027.
• Must have 6 months of sales, customer service, marketing, or management experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related conviction on record in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be able to work up to 25 hours per week, including a weekend rotation once a month.

Responsibilities

• Develop leadership and management skills through hands-on tasks with guidance from teammates.
• Contribute to projects and training that simulate real business challenges.
• Assist in marketing, customer service, and fleet management activities.
