Enterprise is offering a paid Management Internship designed for university students to gain hands-on business and leadership experience. From day one, interns will face real challenges alongside first- and second-year professionals in a team-based setting, building marketable skills that set them apart in the job market.

Based in Ridgeland, MS, the internship includes up to 25 hours per week with weekend rotation opportunities and an hourly pay rate of $15.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Senior in bachelor’s degree program with graduation no later than May 2027.
• At least 6 months sales, customer service, marketing or management experience.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Support daily management activities and learn to run a fleet of vehicles.
• Assist in customer interactions and develop marketing strategies.
• Engage in projects and collaborate with peers and mentors to learn and grow.
