Job summary

Menards in Ohio is offering a paid part-time Management Internship. The program is designed to develop and prepare you for a retail management role through 12 weeks of hands-on training and mentorship from the General Management team and store leadership.

As you progress, you will gain experience in operations, communication, and time management while developing the skills needed to step into a management position in the near future.

Qualifications

• Must be a motivated student or recent graduate seeking retail management exposure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Our Management Internship is a paid, hands-on training program designed to develop and prepare you for the world of Retail Management.

As you progress through the 12-week Management Internship program, your General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members will work alongside you to develop your understanding of our business and help prepare you to take on a management role in the near future!

This is a paid part-time position that will have the opportunity to develop stronger organizational, Communication and time management skills as well as the opportunity to gain hands-on management experience.
