Menards in Kirksville, MO invites you to join a paid Part-Time Management Internship. This hands-on program is designed to develop your leadership skills while you learn the ins and outs of retail operations.

During the 12-week internship you will work alongside the General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to gain practical management experience and build organizational, communication, and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the 12-week Management Internship program with mentors from General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to learn operational leadership.
• Develop stronger organizational, communication, and time-management skills through hands-on management responsibilities.

Our Management Internship is a paid, hands-on training program designed to develop and prepare you for the world of Retail Management.

As you progress through the 12-week Management Internship program, your General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members will work alongside you to develop your understanding of our business and help prepare you to take on a management role in the near future!

This is a paid part-time position that will have the opportunity to develop stronger organizational, Communication and time management skills as well as the opportunity to gain hands-on management experience.
