Job summary

Blackjack Pizza & Salads in Thornton, CO is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee day-to-day operations in a fast-paced restaurant. You will lead inside and driver teams, ensuring food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety, reporting to the General Manager.

The ideal candidate has proven supervisory experience in quick-serve pizza, strong people skills, and a passion for building a great team in a fun, high-energy environment. Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Shift Manager or similar responsibility role.
• Quick-Serve Pizza Experience REQUIRED (Blackjack Pizza, Dominos, Pizza Hut, Toppers, Marcos, Etc.).
• 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience within the foodservice/retail/customer service industry, including Profit & Loss responsibility.

The Shift Manager assists in managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and helps ensure guest satisfaction. He/she assists in developing, directing, and supervising inside and driver team members as well as assisting in maintaining high standards of product quality, service, cleanliness, organization, and sanitation in the store.
