LATICRETE International invites driven product management professionals to join its Management Development Program, a 12–18 month rotational experience designed to prepare future leaders for a global manufacturing organization.

Participants will rotate through Technical Service, R&D, Manufacturing, Marketing, Sales and Supply Chain, undertake strategic projects, and gain exposure to senior leadership as they develop product strategy and market analysis.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Product Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience.
• Must be willing and able to live in Connecticut.
• Strong interest in product management, innovation, product strategy, market analysis, and business growth.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and desire to lead within a dynamic and growing organization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; balance customer needs, technical considerations, and business objectives.
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset; able to work independently or with others.
• Willingness to travel during rotations.

Program Overview

The 12–18 month rotational program is designed to develop future product managers through a combination of business immersion, cross‑functional experiences, market analysis, product strategy, customer engagement, and operational exposure across the organization. Participants will complete structured rotations throughout key business functions, including Technical Service, R&D, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Sales, developing a comprehensive understanding of how products are developed, manufactured, marketed, sold, and supported throughout their lifecycle. Throughout the program, participants will gain exposure to all levels of the organization and interact directly with technical experts and senior leadership. Each rotation includes defined objectives and meaningful project work designed to strengthen product strategy, market analysis, customer understanding, innovation, and leadership capabilities. Upon successful completion of the program, the associate will be eligible for opportunities within Product Management based on performance, interests, skills, and most importantly, organizational needs.

Who We’re Looking For

• Master’s Degree (MBA, MIB, MA, or MS) in Product Management, Business Administration, Marketing, and/or related field.
• 3+ years’ professional experience.
• Must be willing and able to live in Connecticut.
• Strong interest in product management, innovation, product strategy, market analysis, and business growth.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and a desire to be a leader within a dynamic and growing organization.

The hiring range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000 annually. Actual compensation is based on experience, skills, geographic location and other job‑related factors permitted by law.
