Job summary

Credera is seeking a Management Consultant Intern for Addison, TX. You’ll join as a full-time consultant-in-training, working on real client engagements from day one, with onboarding, mentorship, and structured development.

You’ll gain hands-on experience solving business problems, presenting findings, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, while building relationships and learning Credera’s people-first culture.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree.
• Demonstrated academic achievement.
• Leadership experience through student organizations, coursework, work experience, athletics, or community involvement.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Willingness to relocate to a Credera office location for the duration of the internship.

Responsibilities

• Conducting research and analysis to solve business problems
• Supporting stakeholder interviews and workshops
• Documenting requirements, meeting outcomes, and key decisions
• Developing recommendations and presenting findings to project teams and client stakeholders
• Supporting project planning, execution, and risk management activities
• Synthesizing data into actionable business insights
• Creating presentations, reports, and other client-facing deliverables
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project outcomes
