Job summary

Credera is seeking a Management Consulting Analyst in Addison, TX. You’ll work with experienced consultants to solve client challenges through strategy, transformation, and execution.

You’ll conduct stakeholder interviews, support transformation initiatives, and help develop actionable recommendations across industries. You’ll gain exposure to data analysis, project planning, and client-facing deliverables while building consulting fundamentals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with relevant experience applicable to consulting.
• Demonstrated academic achievement.
• Leadership experience through academic projects, internships, student organizations, athletics, work experience, or community involvement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Willingness to relocate to a Credera office location.
• Willingness to travel based on project assignments.
