About Workbolt AI’s Talent Network to be considered for flexible contract opportunities with AI labs and technology companies seeking experienced consulting professionals. This is an open application for future projects—not a guarantee of immediate work. Opportunities are matched on a rolling basis according to your experience, subject-matter expertise, availability, and project requirements. What You May Work On Members of the network may support projects that train, test, and evaluate advanced AI systems using real-world management consulting expertise. Assignments may include creating realistic business cases and professional deliverables; evaluating AI-generated market assessments, strategic recommendations, operating models, and financial analyses; developing scoring criteria or reference solutions; and providing detailed feedback on the accuracy, logic, relevance, and practical usefulness of AI outputs. Project Details Projects vary in scope, duration, and weekly commitment. Many engagements are structured for flexible remote participation and may require approximately 15–30 hours per week while active. Specific schedules, deliverables, timelines, and compensation terms will be shared before you accept an assignment. Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded as business needs and performance requirements change. Contract Information Talent Network members participate as independent contractors on project-based engagements. • Evaluate AI-generated consulting work—including issue trees, market assessments, strategic recommendations, financial and operational models, implementation plans, and executive communications—for accuracy, logical consistency, completeness, and practical value.
• Develop clear evaluation criteria, scoring rubrics, reference answers, or exemplar deliverables that define what strong professional-quality work should contain and how it should be assessed.
• Provide precise written feedback that identifies unsupported assumptions, analytical gaps, weak business judgment, or communication issues and recommends concrete improvements grounded in management consulting practice.
• Work independently within project instructions and quality standards, incorporate reviewer feedback, meet agreed deadlines, and communicate promptly with the Workbolt AI team about questions, risks, or ambiguities.
