This is an open application for future projects—not a guarantee of immediate work. Opportunities are matched on a rolling basis according to your experience, accounting expertise, availability, and project requirements. What You May Work On Members of the network may support projects that train, test, and evaluate advanced AI systems using real-world accounting expertise. Assignments may include creating realistic accounting tasks and professional deliverables; preparing or reviewing journal entries, account reconciliations, financial statements, close schedules, audit workpapers, and internal-control analyses; evaluating AI-generated accounting treatments and explanations; developing scoring criteria or reference solutions; and providing detailed feedback on accuracy, completeness, documentation, and compliance with applicable accounting standards. Project Details Projects vary in scope, duration, and weekly commitment. Many engagements are structured for flexible remote participation and may require approximately 15–30 hours per week while active. Specific schedules, deliverables, applicable standards, timelines, and compensation terms will be shared before you accept an assignment. Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded as business needs and performance requirements change. Contract Information Talent Network members participate as independent contractors on project-based engagements. Responsibilities

• Design realistic accounting tasks involving journal entries, account reconciliations, period-end close, financial reporting, revenue and expense recognition, fixed assets, accruals, consolidations, and internal controls.
• Evaluate AI-generated accounting work—including journal entries, reconciliations, financial statements, workpapers, accounting memos, and variance explanations—for numerical accuracy, completeness, documentation quality, and compliance with the stated accounting framework.
• Develop clear evaluation criteria, scoring rubrics, reference answers, and exemplar workpapers that define professional-quality accounting analysis and how it should be assessed.
• Provide precise written feedback identifying incorrect classifications, unsupported assumptions, reconciliation breaks, control gaps, disclosure issues, inconsistent calculations, or departures from applicable GAAP, IFRS, or project-specific guidance.
• Work independently within project instructions and quality standards, document assumptions and authoritative sources, incorporate reviewer feedback, meet deadlines, and promptly communicate accounting, control, or confidentiality risks.
