Job summary

Atlantic Group seeks a Management Company Controller for a $100 Billion global financial services institution. The role reports to the CFO, leads a 4-5 person staff, and oversees accounting operations, month-end close, and internal controls from hybrid NYC/Greenwich locations.

The ideal candidate has 15–20 years in corporate accounting, CPA preferred, and strong US GAAP plus analytical skills to drive P&L insights and regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

• 15-20 years corporate accounting/management company experience at a global financial services firm.
• Ideal candidates with a mix of public/private and CPA designation.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge and supervisory abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations, accounts payable, financial reporting and internal controls.
• Manage month-end close process and liaison with external auditors.
• Oversee accounts payable team and regulatory reporting.
• P&L analysis, lease accounting and FX management.
• Ensure accuracy under US GAAP and drive control improvements.
