Martin Marietta invites you to join the Management Associate Program, a structured 18–24 month training path designed to develop future leaders in aggregate production/mining. You will rotate through production and leadership activities, with clear opportunities for advancement to a foreman or similar role upon successful completion.

The program emphasizes safety, ethics, and hands-on learning from experienced managers, preparing you for a management career in our company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management or related field completed in the last 12 months.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Familiarity with mining and aggregates industry.
• No prior full-time experience required.
• Ability to learn technical processes and work in a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to ethics, safety and environmental measures.
• Uses engineering principles to assist in pit development, plant design, and production capacity improvements.
• Operates and maintains plant equipment including crushers, screens, conveyors, and heavy equipment.
• Assists in blasting process including drill patterns and loading shots.
• Completes quality control tests.
• Provides leadership and direction as needed.
• Ensures activities comply with the Company’s Mission, Vision, and Values and with policies and procedures.
