Job summary

Keiron USA is seeking a Management Assistant & HR to support daily office operations and drive HR tasks across North America. You will collaborate with sales and service teams, process orders, manage visitors, and coordinate meetings and travel while partnering with HQ for budgets and events.

This role requires on-site work with periodic client visits across the region, alongside a focus on developing the NA organization to match growth goals.

Job description

As a Management Assistant & HR at Keiron USA, you will work alongside a talented team of professionals in sales and support playing a critical role in selling, delivering and maintaining our advanced industrial laser-based printing systems.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily office operations, providing proactive support to the Sales & Service team, and managing day-to-day HR activities. You will play a key role in building and developing the North American organization, ensuring it aligns with Keiron’s growth ambitions and strategic objectives.

In this role, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to bring the Keiron solution to life for our customers. Your expertise will be essential in delivering top-tier solutions that exceed customer expectations.

This position also entails on-site visits to client facilities, requiring occasional travel across the Northern America region. You will work closely with your entire team to drive successful sales and ensure smooth system integration and operation within their production environments. In this role, you will receive support from the Marketing Director (HQ) and their team of professionals.

  • Manage office operations, including ordering supplies, handling mail, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
  • Perform various administrative tasks such as processing sales orders, filing, scheduling, and data entry to support the Sales & Service team.
  • Act as the main point of contact for visitors and vendors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and company events.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new employees.
  • Monitor budgets and manage expense tracking in close contact with HQ.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to support cross-functional teams.
