Incumbent serves as a management and program analyst for an organizational entity of the Federal Aviation
Administration (FAA). Provides a wide range of administrative and analytical duties in the conduct of projects and
studies of substantive functions to improve the overall work operations of the organization assigned.

To qualify for this position at the FG-13 level, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the FG/GS-12. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position.

Specialized experience is:

• Experience planning, scheduling, and conducting studies and analyses of management functions or programs, identifying, considering and resolving issues on the status of programs and activities carried out by the organization.
• Experience in the substantive programs, goals, pertinent laws, policies, and commitments of the organization in order to analyze and assemble information and data to be used for briefings, reports, program planning, project management, and to make recommendations on the functions or programs of the organization to improve its efficiency and effectiveness.
