Job description

This position is in the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of War for Civilian Personnel Policy (ODASW (CPP)), Office of the Assistant Secretary of War for Manpower and Reserve Affairs (OASW (M&RA)), Office of the Under Secretary of War, Personnel and Readiness (OUSW (P&R)).

In order to qualify for this position, you must meet the requirements described below. https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/classification-qualifications/general-schedule-qualification-standards/0300/management-and-program-analysis-series-0343/ You may qualify at the GS-13 level, if you fulfill the following qualification requirement: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service (experience may have been gained in the private sector) that demonstrates your ability to: Understand practices for deploying strategic workforce planning, workforce/human capital analytics, and strength management. Leveraging cross-functional data, trend analysis, and predictive modeling to develop recommendations to aid decision-making. Build relationships and interface with senior level leaders across the organization and collaborate with stakeholders. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
