Job summary

Ho-Chunk, Inc. is seeking a Management Analyst based in Lakewood, Colorado to enhance operational efficiency and manage task assignments. The analyst will analyze existing office policies, recommend improvements, and oversee projects with Government Work Assignment Managers.

The ideal candidate will possess a B.A./B.S. degree and three years of relevant experience, with strong skills in decision-making and time management. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $65,000 - $75,000, inclusive of a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current state and history of office policy and procedures.
• Propose changes to office structure for increased efficiency.
• Manage task assignment distribution to team personnel.
• Provide technical direction to team personnel.
• Collaborate with Government Work Assignment Managers to manage operational requirements.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate various projects and services.
• Conduct research and analytical studies, develop procedures, and prepare reports.
• Assist in determining financial methods and costs.
• Prepare grant applications and handle related administration.
• Confer and explain policies with other departments and stakeholders.
• Provide staff support to committees or departments.
• Assist in budget preparation and administration.
• Train and evaluate assigned staff.
