Astrion is seeking a Management Analyst, Journeyman at Warner Robins AFB, GA. The role focuses on collecting and analyzing project data to advise on management, organizing, scheduling, and maintaining information for multiple projects.

Responsibilities include creating spreadsheets, managing databases and communications, conducting weapon system performance analyses, producing monthly reports, and supporting lean initiatives and ORD processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and 3-10 years related experience.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Must be able to skillfully prepare statistical and written reports as well as presentations for management.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze project data to advise and assist in managing, organizing, scheduling and maintaining information of the various assigned projects.
• Advise and assist in managing, organizing, scheduling and maintaining information.
• Create spreadsheets, compose electronic mails, manage databases, maintain paper and electronic files, create documents, handle travel arrangements, set-up and manage video teleconferencing events and formal conferences.
• Conduct weapon system performance analyses and prepare studies
• Communicate via electronic media
• Generate monthly higher headquarters reports
• Compile and maintain aircraft performance metrics and weapons system master plans
• Participate in Lean events and working groups
• Track and manage the Suspense Tracking System (STS)
• Process Operational Requirements Documents (ORD)
• Create and manage strategic type plans/ documents and any and all types of briefings, filing, telephone communications and perform access control
