Job summary

ProSync Technology Group, LLC is seeking a passionate Management Analyst II to provide analytical support, identify organizational challenges, evaluate performance, and develop data-driven recommendations for improvement. This role supports government stakeholders by conducting research, analyzing operational and financial data, and preparing reports to guide decision-making.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree, 7+ years' experience in engineering/science management or related fields,

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis.
• Significant experience with Navy-based operations.
• Minimum Secret security clearance or higher is required.

Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and analyze organizational data to identify issues and recommend solutions.
• Define the nature and scope of problems and evaluate metrics such as revenue, staffing, and expenditures.
• Conduct interviews with managers and employees and observe operations to understand workflows and culture.
• Develop and apply mathematical models to support analysis and decision-making.
• Prepare written reports and present findings to government stakeholders.
• Support implementation of recommended improvements when required.

Education
