ProSync is seeking a passionate Administrative Manager II to provide high‑level coordination and oversight of administrative and support services essential to effective lifecycle management and mission execution.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and direct administrative and operational support services, including office administration, records management, materials scheduling, supply distribution, payroll coordination, travel and conference planning, data processing, telecommunications support, and workplace services.
  • Ensure administrative processes align with lifecycle support needs, regulatory requirements, and organizational objectives. Implement procedures to improve productivity, enhance customer service, and support mission readiness.
  • Coordinate the physical workplace with personnel and program activities, oversee acquisition and distribution of supplies, manage property and equipment disposition, and maintain responsive administrative services.
  • Collaborate with supervisors, program managers, and technical teams to support integrated product support services (CRSS), maintain accurate documentation, and ensure administrative compliance.
  • Monitor administrative performance, identify issues early, and implement corrective actions to support consistent, high‑quality service delivery.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in administrative management, business operations, or organizational support services.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage administrative functions such as records management, supply distribution, payroll support, travel coordination, and data processing.
  • Experience implementing administrative procedures that improve efficiency, productivity, and customer service across multiple departments or programs.
  • Ability to manage procurement support activities, property management, and the acquisition, distribution, or disposal of materials and equipment.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and oversee a wide range of administrative tasks in support of lifecycle operations.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance, documentation standards, and quality assurance practices related to administrative and operational support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with supervisors, program personnel, and external stakeholders.
  • Adaptability to evolving mission requirements, new technologies, and changing administrative processes.
  • Ability to support continuous improvement by identifying administrative performance issues and implementing corrective actions.
  • A minimum Top Secret security clearance or higher is required.
Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
