Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of related facility maintenance experience.
• EPA Universal Certification required within 12 months.
• OSHA 10-Hour General Industry Card within 12 months.
• Electric League of Arizona Building Operators' Certificate within 18 months.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair municipal buildings and infrastructure.
