Job summary

Army Non-Appropriated Funds (NAF) seeks a Management Analyst to provide analytical guidance on operational and management projects for FMWR HQ Installation Support Office. You will apply financial and management concepts to support policy, planning, and decision-making processes.

Responsibilities include defining data needs, developing analytical methods, drafting reports, and coordinating work with internal teams and external sources. Experience with Power Platform and Power Apps is valued.

Qualifications

• One year specialized experience with finance and accounting principles by interpreting financial reports (e.g., balance sheets, income statements) and business reports.
• Experience using Microsoft Office to produce complex data reports (pivot tables, databases).
• Experience with Power Platform and/or Power Apps.
• Ability to comprehend and analyze financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical advice on operational and management projects for Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation (FMWR) HQ.
• Identify data requirements and devise appropriate methods to obtain information from automated systems, reports, and surveys.
• Draft and staff reports; finalize supporting documentation.
• Coordinate work within the office and with outside sources as necessary.
