Job summary

U.S. Army MWR seeks a Management Analyst to provide analytical guidance on Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation programs.

You will support funds management, information management, HR management, and strategic planning, coordinating with internal teams and external sources. Responsibilities include developing project methodologies, analyzing data trends, and preparing concise reports and records documentation in line with DoD and NARA policies.

Qualifications

• One year specialized experience in finance, accounting, or related areas with analysis of financial reports.
• Experience interpreting business reports and producing complex data reports.
• Demonstrated ability to use MS Office (pivot tables, databases) for management information.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical advice on management projects for FMWR HQ; advise staff and management.
• Develop methodologies and data requirements; gather information from automated systems.
• Prepare reports, charts, summaries, and maintain records in accordance with regulations.
