Qualifications

• Must have at least one year of specialized experience related to FMWR programs.
• Experience supervising multiple FMWR programs and personnel.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and capital purchases (NAF/APF).
• Strong leadership to direct diverse programs and divisions.

Responsibilities

• Develops vision, goals, plans and objectives for FMWR programs.
• Directs resources, policy, and procedures for program delivery.
• Oversees major projects and ensures alignment with schedules and policy.
• Advises on technical matters to the Garrison Commander and leadership.
