The Smithsonian Institution is seeking a Management Analyst to lead HR programs related to staffing, classification, employee relations, workforce development, and equal employment opportunity. The role emphasizes data-driven HRIS management, policy advising, and program oversight to support enterprise-wide HR outcomes.

You qualify for this position if you have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-07 level in the Federal Service. For this position, specialized experience is defined as supporting the implementation and integration of an enterprise-wide Human Resource Management System (HRMS), analyzing administrative policies and operational issues, and assisting with planning, coordination, leadership support, and management oversight activities.

Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
