Job description

  • Serving as the Lead Defense Travel Administrator (LDTA) and the Agency Program Coordinator (APC) for the government travel charge card (GTCC) program.
  • Serving as the Organization Acquisition Point of Contact (OAP), facilitating procurement and acquisition processes.
  • Providing comprehensive training support and execution of complex data analysis to the WSEC organization to ensure daily operations run efficiently and timely.
  • Serving as an expert analyst engaged in the assessment and improvement of program effectiveness and major complex management processes and systems
  • Applying comprehensive knowledge of administrative laws, policies, regulations, and precedents to administer significant business and administrative programs.
  • Identifying and developing solutions to broad and important management and business problems where previous studies and established techniques are inadequate.

Requirements
  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain an Secret security clearance.
  • A three year probationary period may be required.

Specialized Experience: In order to qualify for this position, you must possess at least one year of specialized experience which includes:
1) Serves as a primary administrator for organizational programs, such as government travel card and acquisition programs.
2) Provides technical guidance, training and data analysis to improve program performance and organizational efficiency.
3) Ensures compliance with agency policies, internal controls, and higher headquarters through effective oversight and accountability.
