Job summary

Arvato is seeking a Business Analyst/Strategist to partner with executive leadership on strategic operational initiatives and to develop into a leadership role within the company.

You will support client projects, analyze financials and markets, prepare business reviews, and deliver compelling presentations to a global audience. Willingness to travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Analytics or similar field.
• At least 1 year of working experience in a Business Analyst, Consultant, Business Development or Project Development role.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and influence in a complex organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support various operational projects with clients.
• Analyze financials, markets, competitors and process docs for senior management.
• Coordinate and present business reviews and metrics.

Job Description

This role works closely with the executive leadership team to manage exciting projects relating to strategic operational initiatives, while also being groomed for a leadership role within the company.

YOUR TASKS

• Support various operational projects with clients.


• Analysis of the financials, markets, competitors, documentation of processes (as-is and to-be), provision of background information on clients, potential partners, new players, technologies, etc. for senior management to make informed decisions.


• Coordination and presentation of business reviews, strategic reviews, and metrics.


• Meeting preparations, including creation of compelling presentations, both internally and externally.


• Conduct comprehensive analyses of financial performance, operational metrics, market trends, competitors, and potential partners to assess organizational health and identify growth or risk patterns across business units.


• Monitor and report on strategic KPIs, including SLA performance and digital tool adoption rates, while documenting current and future state processes.


• Provide detailed research and insights on clients, emerging market players, and technological advancements to support informed decision-making by senior management.


• Present new concepts to a global audience with cultural diversity.


• Any additional tasks that may be assigned to ensure an efficient, safe, clean, and goal-oriented work environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Analytics, Data Science or similar field is required.



• At least 1 yearof working experience in a Business Analyst, Consultant, Business Development or Project Development type role.


• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and provide alternative solutions to complex problems and operate effectively in a complex organization through influence and collaboration.


• Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and a systematic approach to tasks. Demonstrates excellent organizational and time management abilities, ensuring timely and accurate completion of projects and tasks. Adept at using creative and visual methods for problem-solving.


• Strong relationship management skills and demonstrated ability to communicate and influence at a senior level.


• Is logical, analytical, organized, structured, number-driven and can meet deadlines.


• Demonstrates the ability to be forward thinking, taking the broad view and contributes to defining and implementing business strategy.


• Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, including potential for international travel.


• Creative approach and visual thinking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications / Skills:

• MBA is preferred


• Experience in Supply Chain Solutions environment strongly preferred.


• Exposure to working for a global organization.
