Job summary

U.S. Pacific Fleet at Pearl Harbor NSY and IMF seeks a Management Analyst to lead process and performance improvement efforts for waterfront production and engineering support. Job description

You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Transformation Office (code 100TO) of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF. SALARY RANGE GS-11: $77,964 - $101,359 GS-12: $93,445 - $121,482 Vacancies filled from this announcement may be filled at any grade level listed.

Key Responsibilities

You will serve as the Facilitator/Analyst for assigned process/performance improvement and innovation projects for day-to-day waterfront production and engineering support throughout the Shipyard as directed by the supervisor.

Requirements & Education

In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: Substitution of Education for the GS-11: Successful completion of a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree OR Successful completion of 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree OR Possession of an LL.M., that is related to this position being filled.
