Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 1–3 years of accounting or corporate finance experience.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and basic accounting procedures.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management accounting close processes, including month-end and journal entries.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and streamline business processes.
• Collaborate with Finance, Tax, Audit, FP&A, Merchandising & Allocation, and Supply Chain.
• Support forecasting models with structured financial data.
• Perform root cause analysis on discrepancies and maintain internal controls.
• Develop and enhance operational metrics and reporting templates for leadership decision-making.
• Assist in onboarding and training new hires on core accounting tools and processes.
