What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of managed services, ensuring timely resolution of client issues
- Provide support to the Workday-managed services team, including troubleshooting and problem resolution
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction
- Monitor service performance metrics and assist in implementing strategies for continuous improvement
- Prepare and present regular reports on service performance and client satisfaction to senior team members
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, math, engineering, computer science, business, financial discipline, or equivalent work experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to establish relationships of trust and collaboration
- Strong analytical skills to translate information and requirements into documentation and solution design
- 4+ years of hands-on experience developing Workday Integrations using technologies like Web Services, XML, and Workday Studio
- Familiarity with databases, reporting tools, and data analysis
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Current Workday Reporting, Advanced Reporting, Integration, and/or Studio certification
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in a Workday reporting role using various reporting tools
- Experience with reporting tools like Prism, BIRT, and embedded analytics
- Strong knowledge and experience with the Workday security model
- Desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies
