Baptist Health Care is seeking a Manager of Managed Care Reporting & Analytics to lead a team of analysts supporting contracting activities, performance monitoring, and reimbursement optimization.

The role requires strong healthcare analytics expertise, leadership experience, and a deep understanding of managed care principles to drive value-based improvements and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 5 years Finance, Managed Care, or Revenue Cycle Analyst experience
• 1 year Leadership experience (preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
• Critical thinking and strategic planning to drive organizational transformation
• Experience with data science methods and predictive/prescriptive modeling
• Familiarity with value-based payment models

Responsibilities

• Analyzes payer performance data to identify trends and opportunities for revenue improvement.
• Develops and maintains payer dashboards and reports by payer.
• Provides actionable insights to senior management based on data analysis.
• Monitors contract compliance and addresses discrepancies in reimbursement.
• Leads a team of analysts, including coaching and performance evaluation.
• Ensures department delivers quality services per policies and standards.
