Responsibilities

• Analyzes payer performance data to identify trends and revenue opportunities.
• Develops and maintains payer dashboards and reports to track KPIs by payer.
• Ensures contract compliance and addresses reimbursement discrepancies.
• Monitors regulatory requirements and payer contract adherence.
• Leads and mentors a team of analysts, including hiring and performance management.
• Communicates departmental and organizational information to staff.
