Job summary

Solis Mammography in Arlington, TX is seeking a Mammography Technologist to operate x-ray equipment and perform diagnostic mammography procedures with precision in positioning and exposure.

This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule (8:30am–5:00pm) with one Saturday per month, a sign-on bonus up to $7,500, and relocation assistance for qualified technologists. Texas licensure and ARRT Mammography certification are required.

Qualifications

• Texas Medical Board License (TMB) and ARRT Mammography certification or eligibility.
• Completion of a two-year approved School of Radiologic Technology.
• Continuing Education: MQSA/FDA 15 CEUs every 3 years, 200 documented cases every 2 years.
• Experience with ultrasound core and stereotactic biopsies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate mammography equipment and perform diagnostic procedures with high accuracy in positioning and exposure.
• Provide patient education and communicate clearly about procedures and the importance of regular mammography.
• Maintain patient-first focus and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Collaborate with doctors and other staff to coordinate patient care and workflow.
• Complete other related duties as assigned.
