Job summary

Solis Mammography in Dallas, TX is seeking a Mammography Technologist to operate x-ray equipment and perform diagnostic mammography procedures with precise positioning.

The role emphasizes patient education, strong communication, and maintaining a compassionate, patient-centered experience for every visit.

Relocation assistance eligible for qualified technologists; sign-on bonus up to $7,500 and a full-time schedule Monday–Friday with two Saturdays per month as needed.

Qualifications

• Texas Medical Board License (TMB) required.
• Current ARRT Mammography certification or eligible.
• Completion of a two-year approved School of Radiologic Technology.
• Continuing Education: MQSA/FDA-15 CEU every 3 years, 200 documented cases every 2 years.
• Experience with diagnostic procedures such as ultrasound core and stereotactic biopsies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide mammography services and support with positioning and exposure technique.
• Maintain high accuracy in positioning and exposure to ensure quality images.
• Effectively communicate procedures to patients and educate them about the role of regular mammography.
• Communicate with doctors, patients, and other staff to coordinate care.
• Maintain patient-first focus and outstanding customer service at all times.
• Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
