Job summary

Duly Health and Care in Illinois is seeking a skilled Mammography Technologist to join our mammography team. Under supervision of the Breast Radiologist, you will perform mammography procedures, prepare patients, and ensure quality imaging and safety.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) with advanced certification in Mammography.
• Illinois State Licensure (IEMA) in good standing.
• CPR Certification current.
• Mammography experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform mammography procedures in a technically proficient manner and follow radiologist guidance.
• Corroborate patient history and document in the department system.
• Prepare patients and position equipment to optimize image quality.
• Explain breast compression and safety to patients.
• Operate imaging equipment and ensure radiation safety for patient and staff.
• Assist with stereotactic biopsy if trained or willing to learn.
