Join to apply for the Mammography Technologist- Radiology Mammography role at The MetroHealth System (Cleveland, OH)

Biweekly Hours: 80.00
Shift: 7:30 am - 4 pm, possible rotation to weekends

Summary

Performs breast imaging procedures using dedicated breast imaging equipment for diagnosing breast cancer and diseases. Provides age-specific patient care, performs quality assurance for mammography, and upholds the system’s mission, vision, values, and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• Registered Radiology Technologist with ARRT, with advanced certification in mammography within 1 year of employment
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License
• BLS Certification from the American Heart Association or obtained within the probationary period
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred qualifications include one year of related experience and previous experience with mammography equipment and procedures. Physical requirements include sitting, standing, bending, lifting over 50 lbs, and good vision and hearing.
