Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Radiography program.
• CT State Radiographer's License required.

• Acute care experience and experience with invasive procedures is very highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Mammography Technologist performs diagnostic and therapeutic mammographic procedures, according to established protocols to assist the referring physician in diagnosis and treatment.
• Operates digital tomosynthesis mammography equipment and performs procedures, with opportunity to train in DEXA, stereotactic/needle localization and Contrast Enhanced Mammography.

Education

Graduate of an approved Radiography program

CT State Radiographer's License
