• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Performs procedures by following orders and policies; uses professional judgment.
• Educates patients about procedures and expected outcomes.
• Produces high-quality images and prepares results for interpretation.
• Performs and evaluates invasive/interventional procedures as applicable.
• Performs and monitors equipment quality control; notifies others as needed.
• Keeps patient data confidential and maintains professional conduct.
• Supports department workflow and maintains supplies to prevent interruptions.
• Independently performs prescribed procedures per facility policies.
