Qualifications

• Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT/NMTCB) or equivalent.
• State licensure requirements vary by state; Colorado may not require CT license at hire.
• Basic Life Support certification required.
• Two years of clinical radiology experience or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs prescribed radiologic procedures following provider orders and department policy.
• Educates patients and families about procedures while maintaining professional conduct.
• Produces high quality images and documents results for interpretation.
• Maintains equipment safety checks and reports malfunctions.
• Ensures confidentiality and safety in the radiology workflow.
• Supports efficient department operations and inventory management.
• Performs procedures independently as qualified and certified.
