Indiana University Health is seeking a day shift PRN Mammography Technologist for its Arnett Medical Offices in West Lafayette, Indiana. This role involves performing quality diagnostic and screening mammographic studies while ensuring patient safety and comfort during procedures.
Ideal candidates will have 0-3 years of experience, BLS certification, and must be a Registered Technologist - Radiography. Additional certifications in Mammography must be obtained post-hire.

This is a day shift PRN Mammography Technologist position at IU Health Arnett Medical Offices in West Lafayette. Working hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, requiring a minimum commitment of 8 hours per month with shifts up to 10 hours.
Performs quality diagnostic and screening mammographic studies utilizing a knowledge of anatomic positions. Ensures patient safety and comfort during procedures by explaining the process, positioning patients correctly, and adjusting equipment as needed. Reviews prior imaging to attain and/or improve tissue visualization as compared to prior studies. Complies with FDA MQSA Regulations. Assists with mammographs, ultrasound, and MR guided breast localizations and biopsies. May perform screening breast ultrasound procedures as required by local facility.
