Qualifications

• ARRT, BLS/CPR, and Florida Radiologic Technologist licenses required.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic procedures under the direction of a Radiologist.
• Exercise independent judgment to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis and assume responsibility for designated areas or procedures.

Job Summary

Under the direction of a Radiologist, performs radiographic procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision of technical detail. Performs a variety of technical procedures that require independent judgment, with ingenuity and initiative to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis. Assumes responsibility for designated areas or procedures as required.

Required Qualifications

• Require Board Certification in Radiology and Mammography.

Preferred Qualifications

Prefer two (2) years experience screening mammography exams.

Required License and Certs

• ARRT: Amer Reg Rad Technologist
• BLS: Basic Life Support/CPR
• FL RT: Florida Radiologic Tech
