General Summary

• Up to $7,500 Sign-on Bonus
• Part Time Benefit Eligible
• Shift: PT 24 hours per week, day shift, Wednesday and Friday 7a-5:30p and every 3rd Saturday 6:45a-3:15p

Provides mammography imaging services. Responsibilities include:

1. Operating equipment and performing mammography procedures.
2. Preparing and positioning patients, selecting technical parameters.
3. Explaining procedures and educating patients about breast health.
4. Developing and evaluating film quality.
5. Following radiation safety procedures.
6. Ensuring prompt submission of high-quality images and documents to PACS.
7. Maintaining equipment and reporting malfunctions.
8. Keeping the department clean and organized.

Education/Experience Required

• High School diploma with 2 years of experience OR Associate's/Technical degree OR 4 years of relevant experience.

Certification/Licenses Required

• BLS Provider credential from AHA or ARC CPR for Professional Rescuers (renewal required).
• One of the following:
• ARRT Radiologic Technologist specializing in Mammography within 12 months of hire.
• ARDMS Medical Sonographer within 12 months of hire.

Additional Preferences

• Bone density experience.
