Qualifications

• ARRT Mammography (M) certification required.

Seeking a skilled professional to provide high-quality mammography imaging services in a supportive healthcare environment. This is a 13-week contract opportunity, ideal for experienced Mammo Techs passionate about women’s health and patient-centered care.

Schedule:

• 5x8-hour day shifts

Qualifications:

• Valid certification with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) with a Mammography (M) designation
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in mammography imaging
• Strong technical expertise in mammography procedures, patient positioning, and image evaluation
• Skilled in maintaining accurate records and upholding patient confidentiality

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and diagnostic mammographic imaging according to physician orders and established protocols
• Educate and assist patients, ensuring comfort and understanding throughout the procedure
• Operate and maintain mammography equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive care
• Document procedures, maintain imaging records, and support quality assurance initiatives
• Adhere to safety guidelines and infection control standards at all times
