Qualifications

• Mammography Technologist experience preferred.
• CA Radiologic Technologist (RT) license required.
• Mammography Technologist license (MRT) required in CA.
• ARRT-R certification required.
• ARRT-M certification preferred in CA.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Fluoroscopy license preferred in CA.
• Venipuncture certification preferred in CA.

Responsibilities

• Perform screening and diagnostic mammography procedures.
• Assist with advanced breast imaging and biopsy procedures.
• Ensure high-quality imaging for diagnosis.
• Provide patient education while maintaining privacy.

• Ensure high-quality imaging for accurate diagnostic interpretation
• Provide thorough patient education while maintaining privacy and comfort
• Follow strict infection control and safety protocols
• Collect and document relevant patient history and exam preparation details
• Collaborate with care teams and elevate complex issues when needed
• Maintain compliance with all departmental and organizational standards
• Perform additional duties as assigned
