Qualifications

• Graduate or completion of program that meets eligibility for registry/certification.
• ARRT certification requirement at employment time.
• MQSA CE requirements (15 CEUs in 36 months) including 6 CEUs per modality.

Responsibilities

• Operate mammographic radiographic equipment and related devices.
• Position patients and calculate exposure factors; assist physicians.
• Perform quality control for mammography.
• Evaluate radiographs and obtain additional images as needed.
• Explain procedures to patients and prepare supplies.
