This role is for a Mammography Technologist supporting multiple imaging facilities within a regional team.
As a Float Technologist, you will deliver safe, high-quality mammography exams, ensuring patient comfort and privacy, while operating equipment safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities include performing and reviewing mammograms, gathering patient history, explaining procedures, maintaining image quality, and adhering to regulatory standards (ACR, MQSA, FDA).
Qualifications required are a high school diploma or equivalent, completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program, and at least 2 years of hospital-based radiologic and mammography experience. Certifications needed include ARRT-R, ARRT-M, and BLS.
Key skills include strong clinical judgment, patient communication, infection control, and proficiency with imaging systems (PACS/RIS).
